Canada Speaking Tour

Thanks to all who came to my "Putting the User Back into Architecture" sessions in Canada last week. It was a fast-paced tour of Ottawa, Toronto, Quebec City, and Montreal - and despite getting snowed in at Montreal airport for the weekend - it was a lot of fun.
For those that are interested, I have uploaded the deck here. As you may recall, the deck shows the framework which covers the three main areas that Architects should be thinking about when considering user experience: Implicit, Interface, and Infrastructure.
For those that did attend and have some comments about the framework, I'd love to hear them - especially as I get ready to deliver something similar at the Canada Regional Architect Forum in April.
